Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel please contact directly at therootcellarco@gmail.com. We offer free cancellations, and full refunds minus the service fee, if cancellation request is sent BEFORE Friday at 8 pm for the upcoming Tuesday delivery. If you wish to cancel after Friday at 8 pm for an order placed for the upcoming Tuesday, you will receive a 50 percent refund minus the service fee. Refunds will be issued immediately after we receive your email.
